New Comparison Video Of Leaked ‘iPhone 5′ Parts And Current Components

Last week, images of the proposed next-generation iPhone’s nano-SIM tray, along with the alleged home button were leaked by Nowhereelse. Today, a repair firm by the name of SmartPhone Medic uploaded a video compassion between various next-generation iPhone parts and the corresponding iPhone 4S components.

The comparison video, embedded below, provides an accurate comparison of the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S’ micro-SIM tray and the reported iPhone 5′s nano-SIM tray. It also demonstrates that the cut out for the nano-SIM tray is approximately 40 percent smaller than the iPhone 4S micro-SIM shown in the video.

The lock button, mute toggle and volume buttons are also shown in the video – they have all adopted a gunmetal gray finish in lieu of the current stainless steel style. Moreover, the video also includes the supposed next-generation iPhone’s home button that was originally leaked in April. More recently though, a report from Nowherelese highlights the new home button design, which mirrors that of the home button shown above.

Expected to be revealed to the world at an iPhone exclusive event on September 12th, this year’s iPhone refresh will undoubtedly be Apple’s most anticipated and intriguing to date. Of course, for complete coverage on Apple and their upcoming sixth-generation iPhone,  stay tuned.
