iPod Touch 5G, iPod Nano 7th Generation, And Modified Shuffle To Be Announced September 12th

iPod Touch 5G

The new iPod Touch will be different depending on the price level that you buy into. The entry level (most likely $199) will be the same size as the current generation, however may feature new internal changes. The two higher priced models (most likely $299 and $399) will have a larger screen similar to the rumored iPhone 5. They may also feature design other design changes. In addition the devices will probably store more memory than currently.

iPod Nano 7G

The new iPod Nano is rumored to have a completely new design, possible featuring wifi capabilities. While not much is known, we are fairly certain that the device will come in a wider selection of colors.

The new iPod nano is said to have a completely new codename from last year’s model, which may point to some design and internal changes. Last year’s iPod nano update had the same design as the 2010 model, and its codename was the same as the 2010 iPod nano codename plus an “A.”

iPod Shuffle

The new iPod Shuffle is expected to be similar to the current model. Similarly to the new iPod Nano the device will come in a wider selection of colors.
