The Porsche 911 GT3 has been unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show, with a 4.0-liter flat six-cylinder NATURALLY aspirated engine, producing 500 horsepower with 339-pound-feet of torque.
The car comes standard with a seven-speed dual-clutch PDK, (the best transmission known to man) and the GT3 can hit 60-miles-an-hour in just 3.2 seconds with a top speed of 197-miles-per-hour. With the manual, the car takes 3.8 seconds to reach 60, with a top speed of 198-miles-per-hour. The manual is also lighter, coming in at 3,116 pounds as compared to the PDK GT3 coming in at 3,153 pounds.
The chassis has been redesigned with a rear-axle steering. You also get dynamic engine mount, a carbon-fiber rear wing and a lightweight front fascia. Inside, the steering wheel is borrowed from the 918 Spyder and you get a choice of three performance seats. The GT3 will be coming to US this fall, starting at $144,650.
