Apple just rolled out iOS 8.3 beta 4 to both developers and participants of the Public Beta Program for testing purposes. Apple also just came out with an update for Xcode which will help developers to get their apps ready in time for the final release.

This beta version also comes with more bug fixes to improve stability. For those of you who don’t know, Apple also added up the diverse Emoji feature a while back in beta 2. This was much-awaited by users. It enables you to change the skin tones and the look of the Emojis when you send a message, for example.

iOS 8.3 beta 4 can now be downloaded by developers using OTA (over the air) via Settings > General > Software Update. Also, Developers can always visit Apple’s developer portal to get the new beta software and install it manually with the help of a computer.
