Apple has gone ahead and introduced their new application, called Clips. The application is a way of allowing users to create hilarious videos, highlighting expressions quickly. It allows users to combine photos, music, and video clips into a new video which they can then share through the Messages, FaceBook, Instagram, and various other social media applications.

The best feature of all, is called Live Tiles, allowing users to create animated titles and captions with their voice. The caption is generated as you speak and then appears on your screen.

The application is extremely easy to use, with a few taps on the screen – the video is created. There is no need for any editing tools, clip trimmers, timeframes or anything. Once that is done, you can add filters, emoji’s, shapes and speech bubbles to your videos. There’s also an option add backgrounds which are animated, with text that can easily be modified.

For now, Clips has not been released to the public, but it is planned to be launched in April. It’ll be compatible with all devices after the iPhone 5s, iPod Touch 6th Generation, 9.7-inch 2017 iPad, iPad Mini 2 and later, and all iPad Air and Pro models.
