Apple’s iTunes store has been around since 2003 as the leader in digital media. Today, Patently Apple is reporting that the company has been granted another patent for the iTunes store, that covers a broad range of uses. Apple was also issued a patent in August 2010.

The day Sprint customers have been waiting for is almost here! The Samsung Galaxy Nexus with LTE will be available on Sprint this Sunday, April 22nd for $199 with a new contract or an upgrade. It is basically the exact same Galaxy Nexus that Verizon has had exclusivity on for the last 4 months, except Google Wallet will be available on the Sprint model. Chinese net portal, NetEase, has a story on a rumored new mini Apple tablet. NetEaseclaimed that the device will be released around the third quarter of this year to “counter attack” the upcoming Windows tablets. The report further claims that the devices will cost anywhere from US$249 to $299 and that there will be an initial 6 million units ready for launch.
Everyone is thinking that Apple will use this mini iPad to counter the mid-range tablet market …
On Friday, April 20th, Apple will be releasing the new iPad in Brunei, Croatia, Cyprus, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Malaysia, Panama, South Korea, St Maarten, Uruguay and Venezula. Then next Friday, April 27th Apple will expand to Colombia, Estonia, India, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, South Africa and Thailand to the list as well. That’s 22 new countries in the next two weeks.

As noted by iDownloadblog and iPhoneInCanada, the Dev Team has released an update to their Redsn0w jailbreak program, bringing the software to 0.9.10b6b.
For those who were having problems using Redsn0w on their mac OS X machines, you’ll be happy to know that this update fixes those bugs:
