It looks like Mercedes-Benz is planning to bring the C-class in a Plug-in hybrid model to the market. There are prototypes in Germany, we have spy shots of the sedan and one C-class Wagon which is camouflaged but we can see the outlet on the passenger side on the rear bumper, whereas on the uncovered sedan there is just one big cover/flap on the rear bumper on the passenger side.

We aren’t sure on the power outputs for this C-class, but we believe the car to have a four-cylinder engine with an electric motor. We aren’t sure about the exact details, but i doubt it that you’ll ever see a six-cylinder hybrid from Mercedes right now.

The car arrives later this year as a 2015 model, and will offer a Gas model or an Electric Model or a more traditional hybrid mode.
