Back at the Apple Event held in September, former Nintendo General Manager and current Creative Fellow, Shigeru Miyamoto, revealed Super Mario Run to the world and told that it would be coming to iOS this December. Well, as December 15 is only a few weeks away, Nintendo just revealed some more details about the game.

“The wait is almost over for a Super Mario game that can be played on mobile devices,” said Doug Bowser, Nintendo of America’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Developed under the direction of Mario creator Shigeru Miyamoto, Super Mario Run brings a new take on the series’ beloved action-platforming gameplay to iPhone and iPad for the first time.”

Nintendo states that Super Mario Run will be available in 151 countries around the world on 15th December and will support the following languages: English, Japanese, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Russian and traditional Chinese.
