iCloud Contacts Limit Doubled to 50,000 Per Account

Apple just updated its iCloud contacts limit! Apple doubled the number of allocated iCloud contacts per account from 25,000 to 50,000. Well, I apparently don’t even have a thousand contacts on my iPhone, but if you do have a lot of them which could someday reach more than 25,000 then this would certainly be a good thing for...

Apple Releases iCloud for Windows Beta (Build 410A44)

Just yesterday, Apple rolled out an update for iCloud for Windows Beta (Build 410A44). This beta update can be only downloaded by AppleSeed participants for now, but we are pretty sure that it will be available to the public sometime later. iCloud for Windows enables Windows OS users to view and manage their iCloud Drive files on Windows computers. Photos Web App Vanished Today From iCloud.com

Just this morning, the Photos Web app has vanished from the iCloud website. The Photos Web app is used to view pictures that you had stored in the cloud right from any Web browser logging into iCloud online. Some people are saying that Apple gonna launch an official Photos app for Mac OS X, although the removing the Web app would be quite a downer as Windows users won’t be able to use it unless Apple brings back the Web app. Let me know what you think in the comments! Stay...

Dropbox for iOS Now Updated

Just this Monday, Dropbox rolled out an update for its iOS app. The new version – Version 3.6, packaged at 51.8MB is now available and comes with a number of improvements. One of the new improvements is the functionality to now re-name files right from the iOS app, which earlier could only possibly be done on a computer (if you were an iOS user). The update also provides users several other functions for folders in the Dropbox app. Other improvements in the iOS app consist of some changes to the interface which include a new “…” more actions button where you can see the full name of a file and the file size. If you are already using Dropbox for iOS, then this update is available in the App Store app under the Updates pane. Otherwise, you can get the newest version of Dropbox from this...
