Apple announced at WWDC that they will be supporting third-party keyboards on their latest OS, iOS 8. This means developers can develop keyboards which users will use on their device with iOS 8.

Fleksy, Swype and SwiftKey have already shown that they will be developing a keyboard for iOS 8 users, now that Apple has opened up the APIs to the developers. And now it looks like TouchPal is doing the same, as they will be releasing theirs later this year.
