Just yesterday, Twitter releases a major update to its functionality and also to its apps.

If you have ever wanted to send a personal message to someone via Twiter before you may have noticed then that you and the other person have to be following each another in order to send a personal message. Fortunately, now users can send personal messages to people and also receive some whether the two people are following one another or not.
