WhatsApp has gone ahead and updated their iOS application adding improved support for SiriKit. Users can use Siri to read out their messages, which is helpful to those who are visually impaired or listen to them, whilst driving or performing any activity which disables you from looking at your screen.

The command works by “Hey Siri” and then asking it to read new messages on WhatsApp, and you can also choose to reply to them using Siri.

You require iOS 10.3 to use this update, on your device.
